Write “FOIA Request” in the subject line of the form or email. Please describe the records you are looking for, the date range, and whether you would like electronic copies, paper copies, or to inspect the records in person.
After you send your request, please call us at (860) 456-2223 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) to confirm we received it.
